DELIVERY

Free delivery done everywhere in Mauritius within 72 hours following payment confirmation email from our sales team. Express Delivery done on same day if ordered is paid and validated by our sales team before 09:30 on the current day, alternatively delivery is carried forward for the next working day. Delivery is not done during weekends and public holidays and exceptionally on any other days whereby delivery may be affected by bad weather conditions.

PRE-ORDER

Products purchased on pre-order are delivered as per the time frame communicated by the sales agent prior to purchase. Pre-order purchases require a 100% upfront payment which is non refundable in case client cancel order after ordering.

STOCK

Products listed on this website are live stock of each brand and changes rapidly over the day. In the event of a stock being depleted after ordering, we will inform you about it and recommend other products or issue a refund.

CREDIT FACILITIES

We do not do hire purchase. If you wish to buy the same product on hire purchase, please contact us by email and we will recommend you to our other retail partners who can do so for you.
